GENERAL WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL WAIVER OF RIGHTS.

By attending any event hosted or affiliated with Kay d'Souf, LLC, or by purchasing, subscribing to, or participating in any of its products or services (including but not limited to: cultural events, wellness services, health products, subscription boxes, classes, and retail items), the individual ("Participant") acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Participant understands and agrees that participation in any Kay d'Souf, LLC activity or the use of any of its products or services involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, emotional distress, or even death
• Accidents or incidents during events, workshops, product usage, body services, or cultural experiences

The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, that may be associated with any Kay d'Souf, LLC activity or offering.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being allowed to participate in or benefit from Kay d'Souf, LLC’s events, services, or products, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Kay d'Souf, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. SCOPE OF WAIVER

This waiver applies to:

• All attendees of events hosted, sponsored, or facilitated by Kay d'Souf, LLC
• All purchasers and users of Kay d'Souf, LLC’s physical products (including wellness, bath, and cultural items)
• All clients or participants in services such as body cavitation, health and wellness treatments, educational workshops, and retreats
• All subscribers to any of Kay d'Souf, LLC’s subscription services

This waiver remains in full force and effect indefinitely and applies to past, present, and future participation unless revoked in writing and acknowledged by the company.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The Participant acknowledges that any health or wellness product or service offered by Kay d'Souf, LLC is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The Participant is responsible for consulting a medical professional before participation or use.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

Unless stated otherwise in writing, the Participant grants permission to Kay d'Souf, LLC to use photographs, video, or audio taken during events or services for promotional purposes.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Legal action must be filed in a court within Henry County, GA.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing below, checking a digital agreement box, or otherwise participating, purchasing, or subscribing, the Participant acknowledges they have read and fully understand this General Waiver of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
